From Foraging to Table

It’s a little wild in my kitchen at Tythebarn House this week, cooking up ideas based on the Wildlife Trust theme for June – 30 Days Wild.

It began with a wander along the Lancaster Canal for a foraging expedition.

ElderflowerThis was my plan – to pop it into the latest batch of sourdough leaven and do a little slow-food baking.
